Gong-San Yu They did everything correctly according to the contract. The quality of the work was excellent. For my case, they spent 2 to 3 days for preparation, and fixed all defects before painting. In the middle of painting, I compliant some defects on sidings. They patched, sanded, and repainted those spots. They did a great job.

They originally worked with us when we had US Window Renewal replace all windows - they worked quietly and cleanly and were very gracious about how they did the work since we had a 1-month-old baby in the house at the time. A window broke and they stood by their work and paid for the new window and came back to paint it when it came in. It's easy to leave reviews for solid work when everything goes perfectly, but when things go wrong you really learn about the integrity of the business and Custom Painting showed us they are people of deep integrity! We had them back to do a whole-house repainting (Walls, trim, doors) after a remodel. They also repaired severely sun-damaged siding on the back of our house and repainted. They are professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. They are not the cheapest, but our painting turned out 10x better than any of our neighbors who went with cut-rate services and we know our paint will hold up better too, saving us money in the long-run. I can't recommend Custom Painting highly enough!

Gregory Dallum Custom Painting did a fantastic job on painting the eaves, foundation, downspouts, front door and some trim on our house. We even had some paint removed from concrete. The estimate was accurate and the work performed was superb! Norman was great to deal with. The paint used was color matched perfectly. Just an all around great experience. Highly recommended!
