Gong-San Yu They did everything correctly according to the contract. The quality of the work was excellent. For my case, they spent 2 to 3 days for preparation, and fixed all defects before painting. In the middle of painting, I compliant some defects on sidings. They patched, sanded, and repainted those spots. They did a great job.

They originally worked with us when we had US Window Renewal replace all windows - they worked quietly and cleanly and were very gracious about how they did the work since we had a 1-month-old baby in the house at the time. A window broke and they stood by their work and paid for the new window and came back to paint it when it came in. It's easy to leave reviews for solid work when everything goes perfectly, but when things go wrong you really learn about the integrity of the business and Custom Painting showed us they are people of deep integrity! We had them back to do a whole-house repainting (Walls, trim, doors) after a remodel. They also repaired severely sun-damaged siding on the back of our house and repainted. They are professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. They are not the cheapest, but our painting turned out 10x better than any of our neighbors who went with cut-rate services and we know our paint will hold up better too, saving us money in the long-run. Your carpenters are professional and polite. They kept my home clean everyday and that means a lot to me. When the painters started their work, they were very careful with my furniture and hardwood floors. When they finished their work, I could not tell they had been in my home for 6 days except for the lovely job they did. Thank you for the easy experience.
